Migration of a MS SQL DB into another MS SQL DB II

The data from a MS SQL has to be migrated to another MS SQL DB. Both DB already contain records so the data needs to be merged. As well there might be some data being duplicates. A Log is necessary which shows duplicates comparing all records saved in the target DB after the migration ran. It is a migration with basic data for candidates, business contacts and job offers. To the records we often have a history of contacts that need to be saved. There are Several documents that have to be moved to another folder, The path is saved in the source DB the rules where to save for target DB will be given by us.
