I want to create an instant domain checking website. I believe these sites are written in AJAX but not sure. Needs to be SUPER fast like the two sites below.

Site Requirements:

- Site and Logo Design
- Essentially copy [url removed, login to view] the light version only
- Needs to search .com, .net, .org, .co, .info, .biz, .name, .mobi and show if its "Available" or "Taken"
- Tweet and Like (simple)
- Register available domains at [url removed, login to view], Yahoo, Network Solutions, and 1 & 1 with my affiliate links
- Link unavailable domains to [url removed, login to view] if its listed there
- Link unavailable domains to [url removed, login to view] if its not listed on above sites (see [url removed, login to view] "hire a broker" option when you see a domain name is unavailable)
- For unavailable domains, show Whois option, Hire a Broker, and Backorder Domain (through [url removed, login to view] with my affiliate link)
- Automatically applies one of my affiliate coupon codes for [url removed, login to view] searches.
- Save to cookie: history of searches, domains added to favorites list, ability to "clear" history. See [url removed, login to view]
- Ability to add available domains to a bulk register list, i.e. "Add to Bulk Registration List" (bulk order through [url removed, login to view] with my affiliate coupon code and link applied).
