I need a professional designer or design team from ONLY the United States to make me a complete website

Hi, I need a very high quality website using ASP.NET with a simple but very high quality design like Digg.com. The website will basically be a site where people can post things and other people will post their replies. Each member must be able to signup for an account where they can upload an image of themselves which shows up in their posting. This website is not a forum. The website will also include a couple of other features including a Hot or Not and a poll type feature. If you are capable of producing a website with the graphics quality and coding quality of [login to view URL] you are probably the designer I need. I also need hover effects such as the effect on the navigation. If you can't then please do not bid on this project. I don't want to waste anybody's time and I really don't want to waste my own time.
