I'm looking for a developer that can help us with a new project.
We need the ability to monitor a webcam/netcam and look for barcodes within its field of view and extract them.
The object under the camera ie hard drive might have numerous barcodes and the system must recognize all the barcodes and extract each barcode to a file. The file should contain all the barcodes recognized and a static image of the object with all the barcodes highlighted and numbered.
There should be visual conformation the image was processed and extraction completed. If unable to find any barcodes the system should warn user and allow for re-scanning. If still unable to find any barcodes give the user the option to manually enter in barcode.
The program should be able to handle scanning 1 object every few seconds.
Preferably program should run on Windows platform, but open to Linux.
Attached is a typical HD with multiple barcodes. The system should be able to find and extract all barcodes in this image.
This needs to be near real-time.
I need to see the picture of the object and the results of the scan before moving onto next object.
Ideally the barcodes should be highlighted in the preview window to make sure image is clear and all barcodes are recognized.

Did a project this for STMicroelectronics previously so could do this thing in proficient way. using pattern recognition algortihms we can identify the pattern of the barcodes scanned and can segregate each of them
