Programaticly Click A signout button on twitter mobile in VB Visual Studio

RESPOND WITH "I AM BIDDING" or we wont look at the bid, this is to weed out all the BOT's that auto post and accept

the posting,, so if you dont respond with "I AM BIDDING" IN THE subject or message, we will skip it, hence, you are a bot.

been stuck on 1 line of code, just want to programaticly click the signout button in our software in twitter mobile,

its a desktop visual studio application. tried all the common element click, commit, sign out things, seems

this one is tricky, the element is hidden or something,, dont know,, but for the person who does it should be easy.

its in mobile twitter and i need to click the logout button on this page after you log in,[url removed, login to view]

the working line in the html is
