I need a talented programmer to create a software that automatically make a torrent and upload to my site and automatically start seeding. so it create Torrents for Directories whose torrents hasnt been created in the defined path. 1: Create .torrent file for folders that hasnt been created. We will upload new files/folders everyday. so software always automatic create torrent file for it. 2: Upload the .torrent file to my website 3:add it to UTorrent and start seeding. Server : Windows Server 2003 / 4Gb Ram / 100Mbit Connection *PLEASE ONLY SERIOUS PROGRAMMERS I NEED THIS ASAP IF POSSIBLE*
