this is my first project here and I would like to rent a coder to create a simple tool.
The tool should be similar to the tool called Ave's Folder Background but has to work on Windows 7.
Description of Ave's Folder Background:
In Vista, the ability to have custom backgrounds in explorer folders is gone. This small application makes folder backgrounds possible again. With the latest update, a background can be automatically applied to subfolders
So, basically what I want is a tool to change the folder background in the Windows 7 Explorer, including subfolders.
You have to create a .dll and registry file that will modify the Windows 7 [url removed, login to view] so that it can display background images properly. The user should be able to right-click on a folder and then go to the tab Folder Image and browse for an image (.jpg, .gif, .png) and apply it. The tool should either be an .exe file or should be EASILY installable via a .bat file. That's it.
I've uploaded an image how it could look like. I'll pay a bonus if you can change the background color as well, but this is fully optional.
Thank you for your attention and looking forward to some good bids. I expect a good price because this should be easy to do for an experienced programmer for Windows.

Pretty easy, and it should use Win32 API for presenting the functions like that. I am ready for writting this in VB6, so no need to do install or any third party .dll required.
