Migrate Community website to .Net 2.0

Our site has been up and running for a few years now using ASP and we'd like to move it across to ASP.NET 2.0 Take a look at [login to view URL] Phase one of the project is to just get the member directory and private message system up and running. We'd also like to take the opportunity to add a few new features to these areas. It's a member directory that lets you search for people from your home town or school. Phase 2 (a separate project) would be to add a powerful forum to the site using our existing member directory. So we need to bear this in mind and make sure the website will easily integrate with a forum application. If you're interested or would like more details get in touch. We do not want to use the standard authentication controls with .NET 2.0 unless you think you can make them do exactly what we want.
