SMS Messaging

Briefly, the software should allow the user to send SMS messages, animations, voice messages and picture files either through a GSM modem or mobile phone. It should also be able to read incoming SMS messages. It should be robust enough to send messages in bulk - upto 15000 messages at a time. The development needs to be done on .NET -- C# (preferable) or VB.NET. I'll need the developer to provide the source code to me.
