You need admin on a populated OneWorld sandbox, not a developer — the access is the actual deliverable, the call is just running your checklist against it. With client credentials M2M the failures cluster in a few places: certificate mapping, the integration role missing from the RESTlet deployment audience, or the role lacking View on the transaction type — you get a 401, or a SuiteQL result that silently comes back short. Attachment pulls via RESTlet break separately on File Cabinet permissions.
