hi, reading, downloading from NetSuite and cleaning up, organizing, etc is common, can be done via the NetSuite SuiteAnalytics Connect ODBC driver. and some VBA code. But writing back to the NetSuite is not that direct, requires NetSuite APIs and a considerable amount of coding unless it is direct CSV file upload/insert it depends on wither the data is single table or relational data base linked table. i will need to know exactly what the processes you make to design the appropriate approach and accurately estimate the time and price, feel free to message me for free discussion if you are interested.
