The roaming problem is occurring because AP handoff is not being optimized at the RF and controller level, causing devices to fully disconnect instead of performing a fast transition. This directly impacts Wi-Fi calling and guest experience. I will optimize Ruckus Unleashed settings by tuning transmit power, channel planning, minimum RSSI, band steering, and properly enabling 802.11k/v/r to ensure seamless AP-to-AP handoff without call drops. AP management VLAN alignment will also be verified to avoid control-plane delays.
