VPN Firewall Setup

I'm looking for someone to recommend and setup a VPN and firewall for the organization.
You can do it remotely, we can send you video and other communication if you have been selected.
You are required to
1) propose a Hardware or cloud solution or a Hybrid solution
2) setup and configure the connection
3) provide 10 days support in case of any laps or so on.
There are 3 sites and 15 devices connected to each site.
Payment will be made in 2 milestones.
1st milestone after implementing the VPN and Network firewall setup and configurations
2nd milestone after 11th day after VPN and Network firewall setup and configurations are completed.
The budget for your service is Singapore Dollar $650
