Apologies, but if you are not based in Australia, please do not apply. . . I need an experienced network engineer to review, design, and implement a cohesive routing and security stack across my environment. The immediate scope covers: • BGP – build a resilient configuration with proper route filtering, prefix-lists, and fail-over so my public and private prefixes advertise cleanly to upstream providers. • DNS – set up authoritative and recursive services; tighten zone-transfers, DNSSEC, and implement split-horizon where appropriate. • Firewall – translate the agreed security policy into rules, NAT, and logging on our edge devices, then verify with live traffic tests. • VPN – configure and test an encrypted tunnel solution that meshes cleanly with the firewall ruleset. I’m open to site-to-site, remote-access, or SSL variants; recommend what best fits after you review the topology.

I'll need a bit more details about your environment - is it pure on-prem or mixed on-prem/cloud or anything else.
