Connect with Lycamobile Belgium Network from another country

Hello everybody

I don't have any knowledge on mobile networks, so please explain for me if this possible

If anyone find me a solution for my issue i'll pay him

I'm from Morocco and I bought lycamobile belgium sim card

In order to use this sim card, it should connect firstly on Belgium Lycamobile Network

Even roaming is not working because this is the first time use of the sim card

Is it possible to connect to Belgium cellular lycamobile from Morocco to activate the sim card ?
