I'm looking for a skilled developer proficient in [login to view URL] 15 and Shadcn for the creation of a comprehensive admin UI. The interface should include line charts, a calendar for patient scheduling with reminders and notifications, and a secure sign-in page that utilizes token authentication via WhatsApp and SMS. The UI should be very nice with localization, rtl and dark mode support.
