Port iOS Pitch Detection app to Web App

My client, a professor for a public university, has a small grant to poet an existing, private iOS app built in obj C to a web app (react.js most likely). The app tracks and displays users' pitch curve data to help learners of Mandarin Chinese practice their tones and compare them to the pitch curves of native Mandarin speakers. The app is intended for private use by students and ultimately as a tool to gather research data. The goal is to replicate the functionality and aesthetics of the iOS app as a web app that users can access via their browser and then collect and log as much data as possible on users’ interactions so that the researchers can tell if students are improving their production and recognition of tones by using the app.
The ideal developer will have experience with plotting live data on a graph, node.js / react.js / and hopefully iOS / Obj C as well since we are porting an iOS app to the web.
