NFT marketer to help launch AND sell out our Beach Resort SunsetNFT/Timeshare collection.

Job Description:

The SunsetNFT is an innovative vacation ownership option that gives the owner the chance to own a digital token representing a beautiful beach bungalow, as well as access to a wide range of exciting activities. For a period of 25 years, a SunsetNFT owner will have guaranteed access to the beach bungalow for a 5-days and 4-night stay each year. This includes luxurious accommodations with a current projected nightly cost of $299, as well as fine dining and a wide range of activities such as swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, and nature hikes. If the SunsetNFT owner is unable to use the bungalow during a particular year, the resort will resell the time and share the profits with the owner – giving the owner a 50% revenue share.

Please describe the following in detail:

1. How much experience do you have with new NFT collections launch/marketing?

2. How many collections have you launched or helped to launch?

3. What is the average revenue generated per collection (as a result of your efforts)? (how many NFTs in collection were sold and at what mint price?)

4. What was your role in these projects? (community manager, moderator, collab manager, collab hunter, other?)

5. How large is your network of influencers (exact number), NFT investors and collaborators and how will you reach out to them to get 4,000 NFTs sold out (in 3 stages)? I will generate content, but we need eye balls without paid traffic. How will you accomplish it? What is the size of your email databases? Do you have your own discord community of investors in early NFT projects you can tap into and offer whitelist seats?

6. Do you work mainly on Discord? Twitter? Reddit? Instagram? Via email? What would your outreach vehicle be?

7. Have you setup Discord server previously? If so, for how many projects?

8. We will need a team of marketing professionals to get the collection sold out. Who do you have on your team who will work on our project (within financial fee of this project, with no additional payment).

9. Does your team utilize bots to scale outreaches? How are you planning to reach 100,000 NFT buyers/investors in 3 months, to build awareness about our project? And how will you convert them?

Performance based compensation.

At stage 1 on March 15th we release the first 200 SunsetNFTs at a price of $2000 on Polygon.

Marketing can start on February 15th.

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE & TERMS:

Company will pay our Marketing Partner/Consultant a nominal monthly fee of $100/month for the duration of the SunsetNFT project launch stage, starting from February 15th. Each monthly payment will be escrowed and released at the end of each month.

IN ADDITION Consultant also will be paid as follows:

PHASE 1 Consultant (team) will be paid $15,000 IF the first 100 SunsetNFTs are fully sold out as a result of Consultants efforts. $15000 will be paid within 7 days AFTER and IF ALL of 200 SunsetNFTs are sold out at price $2000 or above. No paid ads are planned for this project, and only organic strategies must be implemented.

PHASE 2 Consultant will be paid additional $30,000 IF the next 1000 SunsetNFTs are fully sold out as a result of Consultants efforts. $30,000 will be paid within 7 days after ALL of 1000 SunsetNFTs are sold out at price $3000 or above. At this stage you will be given a budget for boosts.

PHASE 3 Consultant will be paid additional $75,000 IF the next 3500 SunsetNFTs are fully sold out as a result of Consultants efforts. $75,000 will be paid within 7 days after ALL of 3500 SunsetNFTs are sold out at price $2500 or above. At this stage you will be given a budget for boosts and paid ads.

BONUS: After our SunsetNFT collection is fully sold out on all 3 phases, your team will get a bonus of 100 SunsetNFTs or $250,000.
