I’m ready to get serious about building strength and I’d like a fitness professional to create a personalised plan I can follow from home or in the gym. The core of the job is to design a structured strength-training program that matches my current fitness level, equipment access and time constraints, then guide me through its implementation. What I need from you • A four- to six-day weekly schedule that applies proven strength principles (progressive overload, compound lifts, recovery blocks). • Clear exercise breakdowns: sets, reps, rest intervals and tempo cues. • Short demonstration videos or illustrated cues for correct form on every lift. • A simple nutrition outline that supports muscle growth and recovery. • Weekly check-in template so we can track performance metrics and make data-driven tweaks. Acceptance criteria The plan should run at least 12 weeks, scale intelligently as I improve, and be deliverable in PDF or Google Sheets alongside any video links. If everything is clear and actionable, I’ll consider the project complete and move forward into ongoing coaching if we’re both happy.
