PDF Viewer with markup abilities, auto generating report template when complete: Ability to markup on a PDF drawing (multipage), by touch the point of interest (reference point) and generate a reference number (series). When generating a reference point (ie #1), 3 options for data entry appear, including; - Comment (text input) - Photo (capture image of reference point - able to sketch on image) - Sketch on blank page Note: a minimum of 1 data entry must be input per reference point. Only reference points appear on plan, data input remains attached to reference points. Once completed the markup - ie series of reference points, the App is then required to auto-generate a report (preloaded template). Report is required to auto-generate and combined the following information: - Preloaded template: Auto fill the reference point series text/comments, and references to the additional data into numbered list, for example; #1 - Missing reinforcement. Ref: Photo 1, Ref Sketch 1 #2 - Formwork profile. - Ref: Photo 2 #3 - Concrete cover. - Ref: Photo 3.1, Photo 3.2, Photo 3.3 #4 - Ref Sketch 4 (App to auto infill time and date into report template when generating) - Attach the PDF markup illustrating reference points (dot point numbers) - Attach all photos with reference number, comment (if applicable) and sketch on photo (if applicable) - Attach Sketches with reference number, comment (if applicable) - no photo Ability to manually edit the combined/generated report. Flatten document and send via outlook.
