About the Role We are looking for an experienced Odoo Developer with a minimum of 2 years of proven Odoo development experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Odoo customization, module development, integrations, and ERP business processes. Requirements • Minimum 2+ years of Odoo development experience (Mandatory) • Strong knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS • Experience with Odoo customization, module development, and integrations • Hands-on experience with Odoo Community and Enterprise editions • Experience developing custom modules, workflows, reports, and APIs • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills • Good communication skills in English Preferred Experience • Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, and HR modules • Third-party API integrations • ERP implementation and business process automation What You'll Do • Develop and customize Odoo applications • Build and maintain custom modules • Integrate Odoo with external systems and APIs • Optimize system performance and code quality • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues • Collaborate with consultants and project managers • Prepare technical documentation • Odoo Project Portfolio • Total Years of Odoo Experience
