All processes are fully documented and standardised. About the Role You will be responsible for making outbound calls to retail stores, site contacts, and technicians to coordinate on-site work. You will manage scheduling, track shipments, update spreadsheets, and support day-to-day operational tasks. This position suits someone detail-oriented, confident in spoken English, and able to follow structured workflows.
