I need a mobile-first, single-page web form built entirely with Google Apps Script and HTML/CSS. Visitors will open it without signing in, snap one or more photos with their phone camera, and watch the form auto-populate basic personal-information fields thanks to client-side OCR handled by Tesseract.js. Once the user confirms or edits the data, the script should instantly: • create a version-stamped PDF in a clean A4 layout, • save both the PDF and the raw images to a designated Google Drive folder structure, and • email the finished PDF to a fixed address and to the user if they supply an email field. Everything must run inside Google’s environment—Apps Script, Drive, and Gmail—so no external hosting, servers, or third-party APIs are allowed. Acceptance criteria • Form loads quickly on mobile browsers and works offline-first where possible. • [login to view URL] runs in the browser; no server calls for OCR. • Personal-info fields are filled with >90 % accuracy for clear images. • PDF follows a readable A4 template and increments a revision number on each submission. • Drive and email operations complete within seconds of submission. Hi, I can help you You want a simple phone-friendly page that opens fast, lets people take photos, reads their info from the images on the phone, shows the fields to edit, then makes a neat A4 PDF, saves it with the photos in Drive, and emails it out. All inside Google tools, no outside services. I’ll build a light HTML page, load Tesseract in the browser, map the text to fields, and use Apps Script to make the PDF, store files, and send emails fast. This will take a few days, I've been doing this type of work for years. I have short walkthrough videos on my profile showing similar work. 1) Do you already have the exact fields and A4 layout, or should I draft them? 2) Where in Drive should files go, and what should the PDF name and version look like? Hey, I'm highly proficient in Google Apps Script because clients asked me to do hard tasks with it: - Generate multiple financial PDFs using Google Docs templates and Google Sheets for dynamic financial data - Generate SEO reports based on Google Search Console reports (yes a lot of Google products are available in Apps Script) - Check if a website is online and without bugs But I'm also a JavaScript highly skilled developer, which it will be useful because you want to parse a photo and then apply offline OCR. This means to capture the photo, an input file with special attributes should be used to trigger the camera on the mobile browser. This is the kind of things only people with a practical experience with webcam analysis on the web knows. After all I've worked on a ID verification system for a popular company so I know a lot about how to use computer vision (you can learn more about that in my profile). And that's why I know OCR at 90% precision is something dependent of the tech stack, not me. Because you choose a specific library with offline processing you might be subpart results. I know that state of the art OCR tool is Gemini API, the Google AI, that's why it's used by scanning startups for even handwritten text, but it does require cloud processing no matter what.
