Customization ~20 reports of Oracle R12 finance module(FA, GL, AR, AP, CM) in 4 weeks. Coordination with our IT and Client's IT and finance team to complete customization.

Role Purpose:- contract for 3-4 weeks (Freelancers with 5+ Years experience preferred)
• Study Clients current Oracle Financial processes and identify report customization requirement for ~20 reports
• Understand client’s current processes in FA, GL, AR, AP, CM modules and minor report customizations
• Work with the client’s IT and functional/finance team to design customization requirement and document same
• Work with the client’s IT and functional/finance team to test developed custom reports and take sign off.
• Document customization plan, changes, meeting minutes and signoff etc.
Key Accountabilities:-
• Study existing processes and technology solutions that are in place for the financial processes
• Working with the client’s IT and functional/finance team to deliver the report enhancements
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Effective negotiation and customer management skills
• A logical approach to problem-solving and an investigative and inquisitive mind
Desired Profile:-
Essential:-
• EBus Financial experience –in particular the modules AP / AR / CM / Assets / GL Forms/Reports customization
• Superuser understanding of finance modules, e.g.
o AP invoice entry and PO matching (resolution of new transactions likely to be swept)
o AR transaction and receipt entry
o Fundamental GL knowledge of chart of account segment maintenance, cross-validation rules etc.
o Strong knowledge of enquiry screens and standard reports in each finance module
o Understanding of key processes (system and business) - e.g. PO/AP matching functionality and transaction flows, approval workflows, create accounting processes, reporting tools, and options etc.
• Understanding of the source of accounting transactions,
• Foundation SQL skills and a reasonable knowledge of the tables within each schema within financials
• Desired:- Useful if he/she has had exposure in the Oracle support website, Excellent knowledge
of Oracle and Finance and Accounting
