I’m developing a new children’s toy line and need a packaging specialist to steer me from concept to production. The toys will ship in a sturdy five-ply recycled cardboard box, paired with a protective bag inside, so your advice must cover how these two elements work together to keep the contents pristine through fulfilment and last-mile delivery. Eco considerations matter to me—I’ve already earmarked recycled cardboard and would like guidance on matching bag materials that stay kid-safe and planet-friendly without driving costs up. I’m not planning any inserts or internal compartments, so structural integrity has to come from the outer packaging alone.
