Vibrant Abstract Motorbike Splash Art (only Australian, No AI, No Bots)

I'm looking for an Australian Graphic Artist that can make me a couple of artworks that I can get transferred on to fabric to make myself a hoodie. I want hand crafted I don't like AI. Attached is an image of a shirt that is what I am going for. The other images are the poses and bike number of what I want the bike to look like. I need is to be hi res and almost exactly like the shirt image, no boarders or cut of in any way, all paint splashes need to be complete I will also need another 4 images with some the paint splash by themself for the sleaves I don't want a background that will be whatever colour the fabric is. so 2 with bike and riders and 4 just paint splashes marching with bike and riders. I have no idea what this should cost.
