You mentioned CLO 3D—this is exactly my expertise. The critical challenge with a "flowing maxi dress" is visualizing the Fabric Physics (Drape & Weight) before sampling. A 2D sketch can't show how the hem moves, but a 3D simulation can. I bring 15+ years of Design & 3D Visualization experience to provide accurate Tech Packs that manufacturers understand perfectly.
