Position: Fashion Design Intern Brand: Thread Hues – Comfort With Style Location: Surat Type: Full-time Internship About Thread Hues: Thread Hues is a premium women’s western wear brand known for comfort-driven designs, inclusive sizing, and high-quality craftsmanship. We design and manufacture everything in-house, from concept to final garment. Role Overview: We are looking for a dedicated Fashion Design Intern who has hands-on skills in: Designing Pattern making Pattern cutting Fabric cutting Sample development The intern will also assist with day-to-day work in the factory, giving them real experience in the complete garment production process. Key Responsibilities: Assist in pattern drafting & cutting Fabric cutting for sampling & production Support in garment construction, sampling, and fitting trials Help with quality checks & finishing work Coordinate with the stitching team Maintain design files, measurements & production notes Support with factory/workshop tasks as needed Requirements: Basic knowledge of pattern making and garment techniques Understanding of fabrics, western wear silhouettes & measurements Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced production environment Freshers / fashion students welcome Experience (even small) in boutique or studio is a plus Perks at Thread Hues: Hands-on experience with premium western wear Guidance directly from founder & design team Learn full-scale manufacturing (from ideation to dispatch) Creative work environment Certificate + possibility of full-time job after internship Stipend / Salary: Based on skill level and experience Timings:
