Magento Checkout Redirect Customization

I need a Magento developer to streamline our checkout flow by completely bypassing Magento’s native payment step. The moment a shopper clicks “Pay”, the site must hand off to Ebizmarts Payment Suite 10 – Opayo, carrying over only the order summary (no full cart or line-item data). If payment is declined or cannot be completed, the customer should simply remain on the Opayo page and see the gateway’s own error message; there is no need to route them back to our store for additional handling. Acceptance criteria: • Clicking “Pay” on our site instantly redirects to Opayo. • Opayo receives the order summary exactly as it appears in Magento. • A successful payment returns the usual confirmation to Magento so the order is marked paid. • Any failure keeps the user on the Opayo interface with its native error feedback. Please build, test, and document the change so we can deploy it safely to production.
