I use 2 softwares to manage my customer. Ringcentral is used as a phone service and Infusionsoft is the CRM.
Requirement:
Develop a web tool to integrate the API between a ringcentral account and an Infusionsoft account.
The tool should allow the user to log in and configure their accounts in both Ringcentral and Infusionsoft.
Here are the basic configurations the user should be able to make:
• 1. when a call is received in Ringcentral:
• a. if call is missed,
○ Create a new contact in IS
§ Specify a tag based on ringcentral number
§ Set the ringcentral phone number as the Lead Source
○ Create opportunity in IS
○ assign it to the respective contact based on the phone number the call was received on
• b. if a voicemail was left,
○ Create a new contact in IS
§ Specify a tag based on ringcentral number
§ Set the ringcentral phone number as the Lead Source
○ Create opportunity in IS
§ assign it to the respective contact based on the phone number the call was received on
§ Attach the VM to the Opportunity
• c. if the call was answered,
○ Create opportunity and tag it as answered
• Also, I want to be able to do the following after the solution is delivered:
• 1. be able to change what tag each opportunity is tagged with
• 2. be able to add new Ringcentral phone numbers and have them integrated
• The solution need to carry the voicemails from RC to IS
• Also, I want to be able to select different IS accounts to sync with different RC accounts
The solution should meet the following general requirements:
• No software to install - works entirely in the cloud with any RingCentral device
• Works on any computer, any browser - Access anytime on any PC or Mac
• Works with any IS and RC accounts
