Setup PSX2 and Plex Server on an old laptop

I need a skilled technician to set up a non-working laptop motherboard as a custom, headless home server. The final setup must be accessible remotely and perform two main functions: a media server (Plex) and a PS2 game emulation machine (PCSX2) that can be streamed to an Android TV. Required Skills and Experience: * Expertise in PC hardware assembly and troubleshooting. * Proficiency in Linux, specifically setting up and managing a server environment. * Experience with Plex Media Server and hardware transcoding (using NVIDIA GPU). * Demonstrated ability to configure game emulators like PCSX2. * Knowledge of remote access tools (SSH, Steam Link) and network configuration. * Familiarity with Wi-Fi and Ethernet networking.
