Although PCB design looks good, but for safety reason ths board needs a redesign at least couple of section. Some of the creepage distances are too poor. So my suggestion to you is, get this board redesigned to meet your current requirement and to enhance the safety margin and reliability. There are couple of small mistakes in schematic design which need addressing, because that could become the point of failure. 2-3 things are major concerns and critical for vulnerability.

Hi, I would recommend using IRM-05-5 from meanwell to provide 5V from AC mains. It is recommended to use line filter alongwith MOV protection. I would also recommend isolating RS-485. Its a bit costly but keeps communications clean. To save GPIOs, we can use PCF8575 as PWM driver. I will set custom Design Rules in KiCAD to ensure creepage and clearance criteria is met.
