image processing

I am looking for an electronics engineer / person who specializes in image processing for a small project: implementation of 4 functions that include 4 codes I have already written, to compare two images I have, of blood flow of a living mouse and a dead mouse. The goal is to run the codes so that they work and I will see a comparison between the two images. this project is on MATLAB.
