Hi! I can develop the system(PCB) that you need in 3 days. What i will give in PCB? An input on PCB that connects to the solar panel for charging the battery. A diode connected to it to prevent the polarity reverse damage. 4x Lithim battery pack in which you can place 4 batteries. At Output i will provide four voltages +5v,+6v,+8v,+9v Using 78xx series regulators. A button that will switch off and on the output. So you can switch off the circuit in day when no output(voltage: Load is not driven) is needed. Proper input and output connectors will be mounted on PCB.
