I have a three page sales agreement that has the lay-out and design complete and the fields formatted. The design was done in inDesign and the formatting in Adobe Acrobat. There is an issue with two of the fields that need to be either identified and fixed or take the design and recode/format the fields to function properly. Those two areas are the digital signature and the submit button.
The functionality of the form includes:
1. Fillable fields,
2. Calculation of two separate columns of figures, both positive and negative, producing a correct sub-total and total, in their respective columns,
3. Digital signature,
4. Submit and print button. The submit button will send via email the completed agreement to the specified email address.
The form must work on both PC based computer and Mac.
The design layout will be provided, if requested, by the project winner.
