Versions I can have running within a day: 19c Enterprise, 21c XE and 26ai Free, each with a CDB and PDBs, so section 24 has real multitenant targets. I've spent 10 years building database-heavy desktop apps in C#. Through User Solutions I built planning tools wired to SQL Server that are in use at GE and Cummins. So sessions, locks, uncommitted work and slow queries are daily life for me, not theory. And I build Electron and .NET desktop apps myself, the same kind of app as DBKraft. When something breaks I'll check V$SESSION, the backend on :5020, the DevTools console and your Logs folder. Every bug will name the real cause, with steps, video and trace output, not just "it failed". Sections 3 and 27 are where I'd expect the serious bugs. One example is SID reuse when switching between connections. Others are killing the listener mid-session, and making sure the Index Advisor leaves no hidden indexes behind.
