I have a "contact us" form that uses the cgi to send the information to my email, the form also make a "MTI" file as attachments with the information included so i can import it to a CRM software. I need to add the ability to upload photos and save them in a folder, the form will also send the photos paths with the rest of the form info. It will be good if we can also make a upload progress bar during submission.
