PERL AND XML DATA

I receive XML data that I need to use within a PERL script.

Attached is a copy of the XML data ([url removed, login to view]) and the PERL script that I wrote that attempts to use the data.

All that's needed is for me to be able to make a reference to variables - if you show me how I refer to one - I can figure the rest out so you don't have to type them all out.

I would prefer being able to access the variables with statements like this:

$data->{Record}->{City}

The [url removed, login to view] file is my attempt at doing this and includes the XML data as I receive it.
