Perl and Oracle - URGENT

Install Perl and Oracle Red Hat 8 module I need to run perl script and connect to oracle database so when I run the script I get this error:

On the server you have the version of perl "This is perl 5, version 26, subversion 3 (v5.26.3) built for x86_64-linux-thread-multi"
And you have the Oracle version "LD_LIBRARY_PATH = '/usr/lib/oracle/18.3/client64/lib'
