Customer Retention staff required
We are looking for a freelancer to work for our Sydney based company and build a working relationship with them.
We are a tutoring company, where we teach students once per week.
The freelancer will be required to call the parents of the students and have weekly conversations with them, ask them how everything is going, if they need more help etc.
You will be the point of contact so having excellent communication skills is essential.
Must be reliable, speak English clearly and be comfortable on the phone talking to people.
