Seeking a freelancer who is fluent in both French and English to make a phone call to the Roubaix Municipal Archives located in Roubaix France on my behalf. This is a small archive which often works three hours a day and I notice that they do not check their emails. I am halfway around the world, and I do not speak French, and I sent them two emails over the last week requesting a document from them which I haven't gotten any response back as of yet. I called them myself yesterday and the person who answered could not understand me because I speak English and they speak French. I just want them to check their email address and ask them respond to me in writing please. Thank you. Any freelancer interested in making this quick phone call feel free to bid.
