Firebase integration

I have Three Mobile Apps ( developed using unity), 2 of which have firebase integrated and 1 of them which doesn't
my goal, is to change the firebase ID's on the two apps ( because now the issue is i do not get user metrics in admob which I need)
Admob and firebase are under two different emails. I need this to be the same emails, so I see data from firebase as well as admob.
and then to add firebase on the third app.
in addition to this, i have an issue with one of the apps concerning rewarded ads.
The Rewarded ad when the cart is closed a pop up appears asking to get reward by watching video. However it does not work.
So I need this repaired as well. Will provide video of me playing showing ad not working
