Ionic with RTSP support

I need support to create a raw code (an ionic class) for Cordova/Ionic that can connect to an RTSP stream (such as rtsp://[login to view URL]:[login to view URL] ) and it can render the frames to an img tag or a div tag. Currently, I am using [login to view URL] and cordova-plugin-chrome-apps-sockets-udp, I can create a connection with RTSP and RTP socket getting some raw data, but I can't convert it into an image.
