I’m refreshing the marketing materials for a residential property and want the visuals to feel more like an editorial spread than a standard real-estate listing. I need complete coverage—stills and a short video walk-through—with a creative, artistic touch that highlights light, texture, and space. You’ll have full access to the home (interior and exterior) during the shoot. Natural light is abundant, but I’m happy for you to supplement with flashes or continuous lights if it helps achieve the look. A gimbal-steady walkthrough or similar cinematic movement is preferred for the video; drone work also required Shoot would be in Manesar , Hryana looking for a professional local person or a one who has his own transport.

I'm thrilled to have come across your project as it wonderfully resonates with my unique blend of talents. Drawing from my expertise in architecture and digital marketing, I can offer a fresh and artistic perspective that will transform the way your residential property is perceived. My advanced proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering enables me to create highly detailed and realistic visualizations. Combining this with my intimate knowledge of colors, textures, lighting, and spatial forms acquired through architectural practice, we can curate an editorial spread that not only captures but also enhances the essence of your property. Beyond visuals, I'm a competent videographer and video editor who has an intuitive sense for cinematic movement. So you can rely on me to create a short video walkthrough with the desired gimbal-steady effect. I'm also certified in drone operations, which perfectly aligns with your drone work requirement. Moreover, being local to Manesar or having personal transport is never an issue for me; I'll be there when you need me. Let's turn your property into a work of art together!

@rulerr1

Hello, I’m Ruler, and I’d love to handle the photography and cinematic video shoot for your residential property in Manesar. I understand you’re looking for an editorial, artistic feel rather than a typical real-estate listing. My approach will focus on natural light, composition, textures, architectural details, and the sense of space to make the property look premium and visually engaging. I can provide: • High-quality interior and exterior property photography • Cinematic walkthrough video with smooth gimbal movement • Drone photography and aerial footage • Professional lighting where required • Photo colour correction and professional editing • Video editing with a polished cinematic look • Final files optimized for marketing and social media I can travel to Manesar with my own transport and am available for the scheduled shoot on September 20, 2026. I’d be happy to discuss the property, preferred shooting style, and exact deliverables before the shoot. Best regards, Ruler
