The plan is to capture candid and posed shots throughout the evening, print them on-site within minutes, and hand each guest a custom magnet that’s themed specifically for the celebration. Before the event I’ll approve the frame artwork so it matches the color palette and motif we’re using across the décor. On the day itself you’ll bring the camera gear, lighting, dye-sub printer, magnet sheets, and any staffing required to keep the line moving smoothly; I’d rather not worry about technical hiccups while I’m hosting.
