I’m attending a full–day (12 pm to 5 pm) conference in BKC, Mumbai on Saturday, 26 September and need a photographer who can unobtrusively document the day. The focus is authentic coverage rather than staged material, so I’d like you moving through the venue capturing candid moments, natural interactions, and the flow of each speaker session. Alongside stills, I also want short raw video snippets of the crowd, keynote introductions, and any spontaneous networking exchanges—nothing heavily edited, just clean footage I can later trim for social recaps. Here’s what I’ll need by the week after the event: • A curated set of high-resolution, colour-corrected photographs delivered via downloadable link. • All raw video files in 1080p or higher, organised by session so my team can review quickly. • A simple shot log noting the order of sessions or any standout moments you captured. I’ll provide a detailed run-of-show, badges for easy access, and a corner to offload footage periodically. Please mention the gear you plan to bring (camera bodies, lenses, stabiliser, audio if you have it) and share a link to previous corporate event work with similar candid coverage. Looking forward to seeing how you frame the energy of the day.

Hi, I’m a professional Photographer based in Surat, Gujarat, with several years of experience in event and candid photography. I understand that this conference requires natural, unobtrusive coverage rather than staged shots. I can capture authentic interactions, speaker moments, audience engagement, networking, and the overall energy of the event while staying discreet and mobile throughout the day. I’ll provide high-resolution, professionally colour-corrected photographs, organised raw video footage, and a clear shot log as requested. I can bring professional camera bodies, a versatile lens setup, stabilisation equipment, and backup gear to ensure reliable coverage. I’m confident in delivering polished corporate event coverage and can meet your post-event delivery timeline. I’d be glad to cover your BKC conference on 26 September and capture the day naturally and professionally.

Hi! I’d love to cover your full-day conference in BKC and capture the event in a natural, documentary-style way. My focus would be on authentic moments, candid interactions, speaker sessions, audience reactions, networking, and the overall energy of the day without making the coverage feel intrusive or overly staged. Along with high-quality photographs, I can capture short, clean video snippets of keynote introductions, crowd moments, networking exchanges, and other important highlights for your team to repurpose later. You’ll receive a curated collection of high-resolution, colour-corrected photographs, organised raw video footage in 1080p or higher, and a simple shot log covering the sequence of sessions and standout moments. I can work efficiently throughout the 12 PM–5 PM event and periodically offload footage to ensure everything is safely managed. I’m happy to share relevant corporate event work and discuss the required gear setup, including camera bodies, suitable lenses, stabilisation equipment, and audio options based on the event requirements. Cheers, RP
