The assignment centres on residential properties—no commercial towers or apartments—so the look and mood must resonate with family-oriented, upscale villa living. You’ll be featured across still photography, short social-media reels, and a walk-through video tour. Shoots will happen on-location in several gated communities; styling, crew and transportation are arranged—just bring a versatile wardrobe and the confidence to interact naturally with the spaces. Because we’re pushing this campaign live ASAP, availability over the next one to two weeks is essential. After the shoot, I’ll need unrestricted usage rights for all marketing channels (web, print, social).
