interior photographer

Hello. I am looking to have the interior of an office space photographed for my interior design portfolio/ website and social media posts, etc. The address to be photographed: 5695 King Centre Dr., Alexandria, Va. 22315.

I need a photo enthusiast with a creative eye to arrive and go to town taking innovative shots in a "freestyle" fashion. The type of photos needed are a bit moody, zoomed in for "character"; see the attached example images.

This is a very modest and tight space with little opportunity for impactful shots so a creative eye is needed. I would like to focus on three areas resulting in 4-6 professional interior shots for my website. And have about 10+ images of zoomed in "moments" or product type photos for social media so I can pick and choose what to post. Including, 6+ "candid" shots of me "in action" (staged but not looking so staged) within the space.

Deliverables:

1. good quality website photos/ images 4-6 edited to remove fire and exit signs, etc.

2. zoomed in photos 10+ capturing character of furniture, art, wall graphics, etc.

3. photos of me "in action" 6+.

There is a good amount of natural light: however, you will need to bring supplemental lighting (the office lighting is 3000K color rendering).

There are red lit Exit Signs on the ceiling that will need to be photoshopped out of the picture.

The space will be ready at the end of February. As far as getting into the space to photograph; weekday early morning 8am or after 4pm and weekend hours are available. I am expecting this to be no more than 2 hours on site.

All photos: I will have the right to use, display or publish any of the photographs taken for editorial, trade, advertising, educational and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same without restriction. The photographer releases all claim to profits that may arise from use of images. There are no rights reserved, all photos will be royalty free.

You are welcome to use the photos for your portfolio, social media, etc.

Please provide examples of your photos that look similar to the images I've attached.

During the shoot, I will view the photos as you work to make sure we are on the same page. How will you provide this option?
