Local Post Office & Postcards

I need someone who can physically walk into the city’s main post office, chat with the counter clerk, and gather three pieces of information for me: • Do they currently have regular postal stamps for sale? • Do they stock postcards? • Is outbound mail to Brazil moving normally, and are there any extra fees or restrictions? Please relay those answers to me by phone as soon as you have them; a quick call while you are still on-site is ideal. Make note of any special surcharges or forms the staff mention. While you are there, photograph the front and back of every postcard design on the rack in high-resolution, well-lit shots. Text or upload the pictures to me immediately so I can pick one—and possibly up to four additional designs—for fellow collectors. Once I confirm the selections, purchase the chosen cards and the necessary stamps, address each card to the mailing list I will provide, photograph the stamped/finished side of every card, and then drop them in the outgoing mail. Send me those final images along with a picture of the postage receipt so I can track what was spent and know everything is on its way. Quote your labour plus postage in your bid; the more competitive your total price, the more cards I am likely to have you send (anywhere from one to five). All I need back from you are the phone update, the original postcard rack photos, the photos of each finished card, and the receipt image.
