On Site Birthday Shoot Assistant

Tomorrow I’m photographing a large indoor birthday celebration and could use an extra pair of hands on set. Your main responsibilities will be straightforward: help me move and organize gear between rooms and assist with positioning light stands, softboxes and modifiers while I fine-tune exposure. No posing direction is required—just solid, practical support so I can keep the session flowing smoothly for a group of more than five guests. We’ll be working on location for roughly four hours (set-up, shooting, pack-down). If you’re comfortable lifting camera bags, C-stands and LED panels, familiar with basic lighting terminology, and able to follow quick instructions in a busy environment, you’ll fit right in.
